The Brief
Craft a holiday-themed animation that highlights the key destinations Princess Cruises travels to, seamlessly integrating festive messages throughout the video.
The Process
To create the holiday animation, I began with thumbnail sketches, storyboarding each scene to visualize the flow and key moments. This initial planning ensured a cohesive narrative throughout the animation. In collaboration with a copywriter, we fine-tuned the script and visual elements, ensuring that the text complemented the imagery effectively. I crafted each design element in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, focusing on detail and thematic consistency. These elements were then imported into Adobe After Effects, where I meticulously animated them, synchronizing the visuals with the copy and a carefully selected musical score to enhance the festive mood. The result was a polished and engaging holiday-themed video that effectively showcased the key destinations of Princess Cruises, enriched with seamless holiday messaging.
