Role: Design Lead
The Brief
Develop Key Art that will establish the design and messaging direction for a limited-time promotional loyalty campaign targeted at Princess guests.
This campaign offers double the cruise credits earned for their bookings, enabling guests to accelerate their rise to higher loyalty levels and enjoy more onboard perks. The objective is to create visually compelling and cohesive key visuals inspiring guests to take advantage of the opportunity to enhance their loyalty benefits.
The Process
For this loyalty campaign, I collaborated closely with the copywriting team and Creative Director to craft a creative direction that effectively communicated the value and exclusivity of offering double cruise credits to our Princess guests.
Through a process of collaborative brainstorming and iterative feedback, we refined the key messaging and design elements to emphasize the benefits of accelerating their rise to higher loyalty levels and enjoying enhanced perks onboard.
Once the Key Art was finalized, I worked with my Production Artists to adapt and extend these visuals across various digital marketing channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence that engaged guests and encouraged bookings throughout the promotion.
