DISCOVERY SPORTS COURT MURAL

The Brief
Create a mural for the sports court on the Discovery Princess cruise ship that conveys represents the destinations around the world that Princess takes its guests to.
The Process
This project started with rough concept sketches and inspiration boards to convey the general idea and direction of the artwork. From there the work was created in Adobe Illustrator while also utilizing Adobe Photoshop to create mockups of what the artwork would look like at scale in the location that it would be installed. The end direction of the artwork was creating a postcard style treatment that contained illustrated landmarks from around the world that would act as a backdrop to activities on the sports court as well as create photo opportunities that guests can share on social media.
